Solutions recommended by our Technical Services Division that have been implemented in oil producing regions around the world, even decades ago, find continued application today in our own E&P portfolio with impressive results. Since 2013 our E&P business has experienced strong growth in production and reserves averaging more than 180% annual reserves replacement ratio. The Oilfield Services Division continues to grow and is now qualified in Egypt to deliver more than 30 services, including low-cost drilling and workovers. IPR continues to demonstrate responsible growth and has commissioned a pioneering water disposal well in the Western Desert of Egypt and uses available APG to power oilfield operations. I recognize that our historic growth is a result of the dedicated efforts of exceptional people.
