Return Policy If spare parts are shipped from our German warehouse, they may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, with shipping costs deducted. Spare parts shipped by sea or air freight, as well as specially ordered spare parts, are not eligible for a refund. Returned spare parts must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original, intact packaging. All electrical components and control units that have already been installed (or used for testing) are not eligible for return. Transport and repackaging costs are non-refundable. Returns must be notified in advance by email to ersatzteil@***************** . Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note.
